If you're considering a return or exchange, that means that you've purchased Greek Paraphernalia from us, so we owe you a huge THANK YOU! Nothing makes us happier than welcoming you into Betty's family. We know you're eager to get into your new Greek Paraphernalia that you just purchased from Betty's Promos Plus and we want you to be happy with your Greekwear. We understand that things happen, so we want to make it easy for you to return and exchange products.

You may return your Greek Paraphernalia within 30 days of receipt if it is in original, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused condition and with tags attached. Please try on clothing items without makeup or perfume on to avoid damaging or smudging the item. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment or issued as store credit.

If you have purchased the Free Returns or Exchanges + Package Protection via our Checkout+ experience, your return shipping will be free. If you have not purchased the Free Returns or Exchanges + Package Protection, then the shipping cost for returns or exchanges will vary based on the shipment weight. Our easy, intuitive returns portal will walk you through the step-by-step process of returning or exchanging your items and will automatically calculate the cost of shipping based on your order.

Once we receive the item, we will inspect it for wear and tear. Used/worn items will not be accepted for returns or exchanges, and a restocking fee of 15% may be imposed.

Below are some examples of common exceptions:

• Discounted (sale) items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
• Shipping charges are never refundable
