I paid for rush processing but my order didn't arrive in time. Can I have a refund?Updated a month ago
Unfortunately, we cannot refund the rush processing fee if your order was shipped during the 72-hour window. The fee supports our team and helps us temporarily pause our regular workflow to fast-track your order to the front of the line. We are not responsible for shipping service delays.
If your order was not shipped within 72 hours of order placement and we did not contact you about this delay, you are entitled to a $10 refund of the Rush Processing upcharge.
