I put in the wrong address when I placed my order, can you re-route my package?Updated a month ago
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly before placing the order.
You can update your shipping address by accessing the order in your account and updating the shipping address prior to fulfillment. Click here to update your address.
Unfortunately, after your order has been shipped, we cannot re-route packages. Please contact the carrier to have your package re-routed to the correct address.
If the carrier returns your order to Betty's Promos Plus due to an insufficient address, you will be responsible for paying an additional $5 fee for shipping to the correct address, even if the order qualified for free shipping. If your order, which qualified for free shipping, is returned to Betty's Promos Plus and you would like a refund, we will charge a $9.99 restocking fee.
