It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly before placing the order.

If you contact us before we have shipped your Greekwear order, we can update the shipping address prior to shipping your order. You can also update your shipping address by finding the order in your account and updating the shipping address prior to fulfillment. Click here to update your address.

Unfortunately, after your order has been shipped, we cannot re-route packages. Please contact the carrier to have your package re-routed to the correct address.

If the carrier returns your order back to Betty's Promos Plus due to insufficient address, then you will be responsible for paying for shipping to the correct address, even if the order qualified for free shipping.
