Haven't received your package yet?

✅ Check your front porch
✅ Check your mailbox (USPS often delivers to the mailbox)
✅ Check with your concierge desk (if applicable)

If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please file a claim and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Once the claim is filed, we will ask you to sign an affidavit that the package was lost or stolen.

When the claim is approved, we will duplicate your order and send it out as soon as possible.
